By accessing or using the Darts Scoreboard platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Darts Scoreboard provides tournament management, score tracking, and statistics for dart games. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is the property of the operator. User-generated content (e.g., tournament data) remains the property of the respective users.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes and may be required to re-accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
